The United States Library of Congress acquires Todd’s spent woodblock from the reductive woodcut print Grinnell Glacier for its collection. The woodblock will serve as an artifact and educational tool augmenting The Last Glacier artist’s book, which is additionally part of USLOC’s collection. June 2024.
Anderson is invited to attend the Queen Sonja Print Award Ceremony in Bodø, Norway, to honor the 2024 QSPA prize winner, Tomas Colbengton, and the QSPA Lifetime Achievement Award winner Anselm Kiefer. Anderson joins a newly formed department at his university, Interdisciplinary Studies and the RCID program. “It seems that my art practice had been leading me toward such a position for a long time. I am delighted to now be teaching classes of my own design that forefront the climate crisis while exploring the rewards of creative practices, scholarly research, and artistic thinking.” Fall 2024.
